Payment Policy

1. Overview

This Payment Policy describes how ShadiMatrix Matrimonial Services ("ShadiMatrix") accepts payments for premium matrimonial membership subscriptions on the Platform. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Nature of Service (Digital Delivery)

ShadiMatrix sells digital subscription services only. There is no physical product or shipping involved. Upon successful payment confirmation, your selected membership plan is activated on your account immediately or within a reasonable time (typically within minutes). Premium features (such as increased interest limits, chat access, profile boosts, and contact visibility) become available according to the plan purchased.

Shipping/Delivery Policy: Not applicable — this is a 100% digital service delivered electronically to your registered account.

3. Pricing & Plan Display

Subscription plan names, features, validity period, and prices are displayed on our pricing/subscription pages before checkout. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify plan pricing or features for future purchases; changes will not affect an already active subscription period you have paid for.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are processed through RBI-authorised third-party payment gateway partners. Depending on gateway availability, you may pay using:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
• Net banking
• Digital wallets
• Other methods as displayed at checkout

You must ensure sufficient funds or credit limit before completing payment. Failed transactions will not activate a subscription.

5. Payment Processing & Security

When you initiate a payment, you may be redirected to our payment gateway partner's secure hosted page. Card and banking credentials are entered directly on the gateway's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. ShadiMatrix does not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.

We receive transaction confirmation data including payment ID, amount, status, and timestamp to activate your subscription and maintain financial records. See our Privacy Policy for how payment-related data is handled.

6. Taxes (GST)

Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory taxes may be charged as per Indian law. The final payable amount, including taxes where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. Tax invoices/receipts may be sent to your registered email address.

7. Payment Confirmation & Activation

A subscription is considered purchased only after we receive a successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway. If payment is pending, failed, or reversed, premium benefits will not be activated or may be revoked. You will receive an on-screen confirmation and/or email upon successful activation.

8. Failed, Duplicate & Incomplete Transactions

• Failed payments: No charge should be captured; retry from your subscription page.
• Amount debited but plan not activated: Contact support@shadimatrix.com within 7 days with transaction ID, date, and amount. We will verify with the gateway and resolve within 5–10 business days.
• Duplicate charges: Report immediately with proof; verified duplicates will be refunded per our Refund Policy.

9. No Auto-Renewal

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, ShadiMatrix subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your plan expires on the displayed end date. To continue premium benefits, you must manually purchase a new subscription before or after expiry.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to email support@shadimatrix.com so we can resolve legitimate billing issues promptly.
